PCDA Board Meetings
The Putnam County Development Authority (PCDA) plays a pivotal role in fostering economic growth and development within Putnam County, West Virginia. Established in 1961, the PCDA is dedicated to creating jobs, expanding the tax base, and facilitating development through business attraction and retention initiatives.
