Job Description

A RBT is a paraprofessional who works one-on-one or in small groups with clients and their families who are navigating learning and behavioral differences. A RBT works under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to document progress and implement therapeutic interventions and support strategies.
